Jason serves as a Director and the Department Head of EEPB’s Tax Compliance practice. He joined the firm in 2001, upon graduating from Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo, California with an Accounting degree. He specializes in international taxation, with a focus on U.S.-controlled foreign corporations and Subpart F income inclusions. He also assists manufacturing businesses with understanding and implementing the complexities of Section 263(a) inventory capitalization. He is an active member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Texas Society of CPAs. Jason enjoys mountain biking and plays on the firm’s softball team, aptly named the Bean Counters.
